Introduction

These Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by EF LAW GROUP PLLC dba Elliott Feldman Law Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through the program described below. By opting in to the program, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Program name: Elliott Feldman Law Group Staff Portal Login Codes.

We send one-time login verification codes by text message to our employees and contractors who choose to receive them. The codes are used only to confirm identity when signing in to our staff portal, efeldmanlawportal. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to Opt In

You opt in on the login code setup screen inside the staff portal by checking the consent box and selecting “Turn on text codes.” Agreeing to receive text messages is not required to use the staff portal. You may receive your login codes by email instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You receive one message each time you request a login code, plus one confirmation message when you enroll.

Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact us at elliott@efeldmanlaw.com or 813-200-7001.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. After you opt out, you can still sign in with email codes. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
