EF LAW GROUP PLLC dba Elliott Feldman Law Group

Introduction

Welcome to EF LAW GROUP PLLC dba Elliott Feldman Law Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This AI Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with artificial intelligence (“AI”) and automated tools on our website, client communications, and related services.

We are committed to using AI in a transparent, secure, and responsible manner. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and applies specifically to AI-enabled features.

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers AI and automated technologies used in connection with:

• Our website, including chat assistants, forms, and scheduling tools
• Client intake, follow-up, and service communications
• Internal workflows that support document preparation and case management
• Analytics and service-improvement tools that may use machine learning

Information Processed by AI Tools

Depending on how you interact with our services, AI tools may process:

• Contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Communications including messages you submit through forms, chat, email, or SMS
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs
• Scheduling data related to appointments, consultations, and class registrations
• Client-related information you voluntarily provide during intake or service delivery

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through AI tools unless you provide it voluntarily and it is necessary for the service you request.

How We Use AI

We may use AI and automation to:

• Respond to common questions and route inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Assist with scheduling consultations, classes, and follow-up communications
• Improve website performance, accessibility, and user experience
• Support internal drafting, organization, and administrative workflows
• Detect spam, fraud, or technical issues affecting our systems

We use AI to support our team—not to replace the judgment of licensed attorneys.

Human Oversight & No Legal Advice

AI-generated outputs are not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created through automated interactions alone. All legal guidance is provided by licensed attorneys after appropriate review.

Our team reviews AI-assisted communications and workflows where necessary to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with applicable ethical and legal obligations.

Third-Party AI Providers

We may use trusted third-party vendors to provide AI, hosting, analytics, communications, and scheduling services. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual obligations that require appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not authorize third parties to use your information for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from information sharing with third parties, consistent with our main Privacy Policy.

Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by our systems, including AI-enabled tools. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Request access to personal information we maintain about you
• Request correction or deletion of certain information
• Opt out of non-essential automated communications where applicable
• Withdraw consent for SMS communications by following opt-out instructions

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through AI tools or otherwise. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this AI Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
