“The process was similar than what I anticipated. The staff broke it down into chunks which were manageable and a timeline that fit my hectic life. This has allowed me to have peace of mind knowing my children will be taken care in event my life get taken unexpectedly. No one knows when it's your time to go. Certainly the case, 8 years ago when my husband was take from us unexpectedly. It was so difficult to get my life back together.”
